    b) Lower Hall £32.75per session
    c) Reading Room £19.50 per session
    d) Garden Room £19.50  per session
    e) Coffee Bar, with its kitchen facilities £19.50  per session

For the Upper Hall, a ‘session’ is defined as a period of time greater than 2.5 hours and confined to a morning, an afternoon or an evening. Thus, for example, usage upstairs from 9am to 5pm would constitute two sessions.
For the Lower Hall or any room downstairs, a session is any period of time confined to a morning, afternoon or evening to a maximum of 4 hours, i.e. there are no hourly charges.
Any special requirements may incur extra charges.
