Assistant Administrator
Part Time – Approximately 12 hours per week.
Kinross-shire Volunteer Drivers (formerly KVG & ROS) is a registered charity providing a voluntary car driver/befriender service which enables the residents of Kinross-shire and Glenfarg to attend medical appointments as well as providing support with shopping and requests for social purposes to help reduce social isolation and support people’s mental health and wellbeing.
We are looking to employ a paid, part time assistant administrator to work 12 hours per week, from home, organising drivers from a pool of volunteers to meet requests for lifts to appointments.
The successful candidate will need to have a good telephone manner, computer skills, local knowledge and a sympathetic and caring approach to our mainly elderly service users.
The post holder would be required to work 2 hours per day in the late afternoon/early evening and be able to increase their hours occasionally to cover leave for the other Administrator.
