During this time of uncertainty, it is understandable to
be feeling anxious or worried and it can be helpful to talk
to someone about your own worries.

Carers Hub are here to help Carers through
the Coronavirus outbreak.
We can also assist you to complete an "Emergency Plan"
to help support your Cared For, if something happens to
our leaflet for contact details.
Kinross-shire Volunteer Group and Rural Outreach
are continuing to support the less able and isolated
in Kinross-shire. Our usual number 01577 840196 is manned.
If you are in need of a driver, for a medical appointment,
do give us a call. Our volunteers are also doing shopping,
collecting prescriptions and phoning service users
Does your club or group need funding? Visit the Funding

Community groups and individuals are again invited to apply
for grant funding from Kinross Community Council Newsletter
Ltd charitable company (KCCNL). This is the fund that has
built up over the years from profits made by the Kinross Newsletter.
Deadlines for applications are 30 September and 31 March.

Has your income reduced or disappeared

if it has been radically reduced and you think you could
benefit from some support until things go back to normal,
please get in touch and we will see how we can help.
Do you need help with Food?
At this strange time it may be the case that you
are finding it hard to get access to food. If you are managing
on a tight budget perhaps we can help you
Who are we?
Broke Not Broken is a local charity based in Kinross-shire
dedicated to tackling the effects of poverty. We run the
local food bank as well as other community projects. We
work with referral agents to make sure you get all the support
that you need.

Kinross Kindness is a trusted group
of over 85 local volunteers that have come together to help

* Collecting and dropping off shopping/prescriptions.
* Making friendly phone calls
* Providing urgent supplies
* General help like moving bins around
We are not:
* Involved in any payments or transactions
* Entering peoples homes
Making any direct contact unless necessary
