Newsletter Grants
Community groups and individuals are again invited to apply for grant funding from Kinross Community Council Newsletter Ltd charitable company (KCCNL). This is the fund that has built up over the years from profits made by the Kinross Newsletter.
Deadlines for applications are 30 September and 31 March.

  Annual General Meeting of KLEO. Will be held on Zoom on Monday 8th February at 7.30pm. If you are interested in attending, please email info@kleo.org.uk and you will be sent a link.
Perth & Kinross Council Recycling Centres will remain open on their usual operating days/hours.
We ask that residents only visit Recycling Centres if absolutely necessary. Please adhere to social distancing and remember to wash/sanitise your hands before and after your visit.
If you have a Recycling Centre Permit, please make sure this is displayed in your windscreen either printed out on A4 or electronically on a tablet. Due to social distancing, we cannot accept permits displayed on phones.

Broke Not Broken is a local charity based in Kinross-shire dedicated to tackling the effects of poverty. We run the local food bank as well as other community projects. We work with referral agents to make sure you get all the support that you need.

We can also assist you to complete an "Emergency Plan" to help support your Cared For, if something happens to you

Anniversary image 100th Birthday and Diamond Wedding Anniversaries. Do you know anyone about to celebrate their 100th/105th birthday or a couple celebrating their 60th, 65th or 70th Wedding Anniversary? If so please contact Perth & Kinross Council who would like to help them celebrate. See poster for details.


 

 





 




 

Meal Makers Do you know someone who is over, 55, alone, and who would appreciate having a meal cooked for them occasionally?
Several people have now registered to provide meals in the Kinross-shire area.
Diners can sign up themselves or be referred by a family member, friend, social services or any statutory organisation. Even if they are receiving support from another organization they can have meal makers too.

Kinross Kindness
Kinross Kindness is a trusted group of over 85 local volunteers that have come together to help you.

We are:

* Collecting and dropping off shopping/prescriptions.
* Making friendly phone calls
* Providing urgent supplies
* General help like moving bins around
