Newsletter Grants
Community groups and individuals are again invited to apply for grant funding from Kinross Community Council Newsletter Ltd charitable company (KCCNL). This is the fund that has built up over the years from profits made by the Kinross Newsletter.
Deadlines for applications are 30 September and 31 March.

  KINROSS COMMUNITY COUNCIL - Monthly Meeting will be held on ZOOM at 7.30pm on Tuesday 23rd February.

HELP NEEDED: a fourth year student at the university of Edinburgh is currently writing an undergraduate dissertation. The purpose of the research is to identify the factors that affect public acceptance of lake management practices, with a more specific focus on Loch Leven. Broke Not Broken is a local charity based in Kinross-shire dedicated to tackling the effects of poverty. We run the local food bank as well as other community projects. We work with referral agents to make sure you get all the support that you need.

Get Nourished
New NHS Tayside Advice Line

This telephone line will provide practical advice about how to stay well nourished when you or someone you know is unintentionally losing weight. For further information read press release.
Meal Makers Do you know someone who is over, 55, alone, and who would appreciate having a meal cooked for them occasionally?
Several people have now registered to provide meals in the Kinross-shire area.
Diners can sign up themselves or be referred by a family member, friend, social services or any statutory organisation. Even if they are receiving support from another organization they can have meal makers too.

Kinross Kindness
Kinross Kindness is a trusted group of over 85 local volunteers that have come together to help you.

We are:

* Collecting and dropping off shopping/prescriptions.
* Making friendly phone calls
* Providing urgent supplies
* General help like moving bins around
