Kinross Potager Garden

Kinross Potager Garden is based on a traditional kitchen garden where flowers, fruit and vegetables are grown together. We have a sheltered site of approximately 1/8 acre in the middle of the county town of Kinross with a shed, a large greenhouse which doubles as a classroom, cold frames and a series of formal vegetable beds, the design of which gave rise to our logo. The garden, which is open to the public everyday from April September, is run by a small group of volunteers and exists on plant sales, small grants and donations to cover its running costs.
The garden in Bowton Road in Kinross is run as a charity, for all the community to enjoy, and particularly to educate Primary School children about growing vegetables, and gardening in an environmentally friendly way. New volunteers always welcome.
