Our ideal candidate is interested in developing our café, and will work collaboratively with our Catering Manager and management team to suggest and deliver improvements such as better systems, exploiting marketing opportunities. Café responsibilities will include supervision of staff including food hygiene, health and safety; opening & closing; food and drink preparation and serving our customers. You will have had a taste of working in the food or hospitality industry, and have a genuine passion for hospitality and will relish going the extra mile to help.
This is a full time position and it is essential you are fully flexible across the week and at weekends.
